But I already have software like QuickBooks?
That's great. QuickBooks is a powerful tool, but it still requires accurate data entry, regular reconciliations and careful review to avoid costly mistakes. As certified QuickBooks Pro Advisors, we can help you get the most out of your software and ensure everything is properly maintained.

When should I hire a Bookkeeper?

Will I even understand the Reports?
Of course you will. We break it down in a clear, straightforward way that gives you insights you can actually use.

Do you work with my CPA or tax preparer?
Absolutely! We will handle the communications with your tax professional to make the process seamless for you. We also have established relationships with a few trusted CPA's, so if you need a referral, we're happy to point you in the right direction.
What's the difference between Strategic Financial Management service and a Bookkeeper??
A bookkeeper records and organizes your day-to-day financial transactions, tracking income, expenses, payroll and keeping your books accurate and up-to-date. Strategic Financial Management uses that financial data to plan for the future, analyzing trends, forecasting cash flow, and making recommendations to help you achieve business goals. Simply put, the bookkeeper tells you what happened financially, while strategic financial management tells you what to do next.
